Hospital officials said Israeli forces killed six Palestinians, including a baby, after firing on a school sheltering displaced people in Gaza City on Friday, bringing the death toll since the October ceasefire to 401.
The Palestinian civil defence said troops fired across the ceasefire line, killing those inside the school and wounding others, and that bodies were recovered only after coordination with the UN. Witnesses told Agence France-Presse that shelling struck without warning, with one describing the ceasefire as “a bloodbath.”
