The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF), a Brussels-based NGO, filed a lawsuit in Sweden against Israeli soldier Boaz Ben David, accusing him of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide during the Israeli war on Gaza. Ben David, an Israeli sniper from Battalion 932 in the Nahal Brigade, is alleged to have directly participated in targeting civilians, destroying Palestinian homes, and committing acts of violence.
