H.R.H. Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah Il of Jordan called on the international community to keep its attention on the humanitarian situation in Gaza and the West Bank during the informal meeting of the European Union and key regional partners in Nicosia, Cyprus.
The Crown Prince warned that continued annexation of Palestinian land threatens the prospects for peace, highlighted the impact of economic restrictions and violations at holy sites in Jerusalem, and stressed the need to ensure humanitarian aid reaches Gaza.
