With the new orders, the UN faces challenges in moving staff and equipment quickly, affecting aid delivery. Despite these issues, UN staff remain in Gaza to assist the population while balancing safety concerns. UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric clarified that UNRWA, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, continues its work embedded within the population, but aid transfers across Gaza are disrupted.
